In Loving Memory of Roy Bear

Roy Bear or best known as BEAR by most, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Roy is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Paula Bear, with whom he shared a lifetime of cherished memories, unwavering devotion, and enduring love. He was a proud and devoted father to his daughters, Stephanie Warren and Kim Smith, and his son, Rusty Bear.

He was a treasured grandfather to Brigett Abramski and her husband, Brian Abramski, Kasi Warren, Dawson Smith, Graham Smith, and Shelby Smith. Roy also found great joy in being a great-grandfather to Jayden Warren, Hendrix Abramski, Caiden Abramski, Harrison, Kalliope Ortiz, Paislee ,Jackson, and Ledger Shauteet. And his many other "Farm Kids"

Roy's family was the center of his world. He took great pride in each generation that followed him and found happiness in every gathering, conversation, and shared moment. His wisdom, humor, and steadfast love created a foundation of strength for those fortunate enough to call him husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather.

Roy enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved spending time fishing, collecting antiques and hidden treasures, and working on bikes and cars. He had a knack for finding value in things others might overlook and took pride in repairing, restoring, and tinkering with mechanical projects. At the end of the day, he could often be found relaxing and enjoying his favorite television show, Wheel of Fortune, a pastime that brought him comfort and enjoyment for many years.

Those who knew Roy will remember his wonderful sense of humor, his quick wit, and his ability to make people laugh. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Roy was especially known for his tall tales told with such confidence and charm that listeners often found themselves wondering where the truth ended and the tale began. His storytelling, laughter, and playful spirit brought joy to family gatherings and left lasting memories for everyone fortunate enough to know him.
