Nina Estepp Morley, age 65, of Huntsville, Texas, went to be with her Lord on July 12, 2026.

Nina's true life story began in 1978 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, when she met the absolute love of her life, Patrick Morley, at the Wendy's where she was working. As Nina loved to tell it, she was originally supposed to set Pat up with her sister, but she quickly decided to keep him all to herself. They were married the following year, beginning a beautiful 47-year journey together.

Shortly after their wedding, Pat's service in the U.S. Air Force took them overseas. They spent two years stationed in Turkey, where they welcomed their first child, Michelle. Upon returning to the States, they lived in McAlester, Oklahoma, where their second child, Amy, was born and also where Nina dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and became a born again Christian.

Though they later moved to Texas, the Sooners and Oklahoma remained a lifelong passion. In Texas, Nina began working for Dr. Gregory Peter, where she spent a dedicated tenure becoming an absolute patient favorite. She filled the office with her welcoming smile, deeply caring nature, and infectious laugh. She later brought that same bright energy to her time working with B&B Properties.

Nina and Pat shared a rare and special bond; they loved the exact same interests and did everything hand-in-hand. Fierce sports fans, they passionately cheered on the Houston Astros and the Oklahoma Sooners, frequently traveling to Norman, Oklahoma, to tailgate and watch home games. When they weren't watching sports, they loved taking spontaneous Jeep rides into town just because, going to the movies, or tackling home projects. They were famous for making multiple trips to Home Depot in a single day—but every single trip was one they took together.

Above all else, Nina's greatest passion was her faith and family. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she never put herself first. No sacrifice of time or money was ever too great for those she loved. She volunteered her time teaching Sunday School and also as the nursery coordinator. She was the ultimate supporter, showing up for everything: soccer games, little league baseball, archery contests, school awards, church performances, baby showers, and birthdays. Nina brought joy and love for God in every room she walked into; she was constantly singing, snapping her fingers, or shimmying her feet to a tune. She left behind a legacy rooted in Christ that has reached younger generations. Nina had no hesitation in offering to pray over you or for you, never backed down from a conversation about her beliefs and was quick to offer you a ride to church.

Nina is survived by her beloved husband, Patrick Morley; her children, Michelle (Kevin) Dixon and Amy (Clay) Cullen; her mother, Betty Estepp; her siblings, Kaye (Bruce) Baker and Debbie Love; and her cherished grandchildren, Autumn (Christian) Rivera, Seth Dixon, Emma Dixon, and Oliver Cullen and numerous nieces and nephews as well as some grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Dave Estepp.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at University Heights Baptist Church in Huntsville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family beautifully requests that you buy or shop from a small business in Nina's honor, keeping her spirit of community and generosity alive.
