With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Lloyd "Leon" Bryant on March 26, 2024, in Rising Star, Texas. Leon was born August 28, 1956, in Livingston, Texas, to Lloyd and Annie Lois Bryant.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Annie Bryant as well as his sister-in-law Cheryl Bryant.

Leon was deeply passionate about hunting, archery, and craftsmanship, pouring his heart and soul into these hobbies. He didn't just excel at them; he shared their joys and used them to teach valuable life lessons. His expertise served as a compelling testament to the intrinsic worth of resilience, patience, creativity, and precision. Leon imparted his wisdom and skills with grace, enriching the lives of those fortunate enough to receive his guidance and friendship.

In his professional life, Leon shone brightly as an electrical engineer, guided by meticulous nature and a steadfast commitment to excellence. His dedication and passion for his craft not only earned him the deep respect and admiration of his colleagues but also set a benchmark for professionalism and skill.

Above all, Leon was a family man at heart. He is mourned and lovingly remembered by his wife, Tonya; his children, Adrianne Bryant and Gary Barker, Jr; his cherished grandchildren, Susan and Millie; and his brother, Larry Bryant. Alongside them, numerous nephews, nieces, and a host of friends, who Leon embraced as family.

A gathering to honor and celebrate Leon's life will be held at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Stephen's Creek, Texas, on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 at 11 a.m under the direction of Heritage Oak Funeral Home.

Leon's passing leaves an irreplaceable emptiness in the hearts of those who cherished him. However, his memory will forever remain a guiding light, reminding us to live with kindness, pursue our passions wholeheartedly, and cherish every moment with our loved ones. In remembering Leon, we find solace in the beauty of a life lived to the fullest and the enduring warmth of love and family.
