Joe Fuller, a longtime resident of Huntsville, Texas, passed away on May 4, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of a life defined by faith, family, and hard work.

Joe was born to Wilson and Thelma Fuller on April 26, 1950 in Baytown, Texas.

Joe moved to Huntsville in 1975, where he began his career with Murray and Moorer. Through dedication and determination, he became a registered surveyor in 1982. He later founded his own business, Fuller and Associates, which he faithfully operated until his passing. Known throughout the community as an efficient and dependable surveyor, Joe earned the respect and trust of colleagues and clients alike.

On October 12, 1976, Joe married the love of his life, Geneva Dianne Fuller. Together, they shared over 49 years of marriage, building a life centered on love and devotion. From this union came two sons, Chad Colby Fuller and Brady Allen Fuller. Joe took great pride in his family and especially cherished his seven grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense joy.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Dianne and their sons Chad and his wife Ashlee, and Brady and his wife Mandi; grandchildren, Grace Marie Fuller, Samuel Gage Fuller, Ashton Koye Fuller, Bethanie Jaylynn Fuller, Riley Jace Fuller, Madison Nichole Fuller and Kaitlin Jolie Fuller. He is also survived by his sister Darlene Louise McKinley and her husband, Glen B. McKinley; his brother, Eddie Brian Fuller; and numerous extended family members including Vernon and Mary Embry, Janice Langford, Edith Langford, Ernest and Paula Langford, as well as many nephews and one niece.

Joe had a deep love for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing—in that order. Above all, he treasured time spent with his grandchildren, often teasing and "picking" with them in ways that created lasting memories. He was also an avid golfer and proudly achieved two hole-in-ones during his lifetime.

A man of strong faith, Joe loved God and held his family in the highest regard. His life was a reflection of those values, and he leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 11, 2026 at Heritage Oak Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00pm. Joe will be laid to rest at a later date in the family cemetery in Center, Texas.
