James Andrew Grunshaw, 41, of Huntsville, Texas, went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2026. He was born on February 21, 1985, in Blackpool, England.

James moved to Texas in November of 2010, where he built a career as a dedicated and talented IT support engineer. He was known for his strong work ethic, technical skill, and willingness to help others.

James attended First United Methodist Church in Huntsville, where he faithfully served by running sound and audio-visual equipment for services and events. He had a deep love for music, enjoyed trying all kinds of food, and had a passion for working with computers. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and enjoying life with those around him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Zoe Shell; his father, Paul Grunshaw; his grandmother, Perl Grunshaw; and his grandfather, James Grunshaw. James is survived by his wife of nearly 20 years, Elizabeth Grunshaw, and their children, Hannah, Joshua, Jonathan, and Timothy.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, at First United Methodist Church in Huntsville, Texas. James will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for his family, and the quiet ways he served others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
