Deanna Lynn Snoe (Nana)

It is with the greatest sadness that the family announces that Deanna gained her angel wings November 6, 2024, surrounded by her husband, children, and brother.

To know Deanna, was to know the most amazing, caring, and giving wife, mom, Nana, sister, aunt, family, and friend that you could have ever known.

Deanna was born March 3, 1966, to Johnny Harrell and Linda Warneke. She grew up her entire life in New Waverly. She graduated from New Waverly High in 1984. It was in this small town that she met, fell in love with, and married her high school sweetheart Jeff. They married on September 26, 1987, in New Waverly. They truly were soulmates and best friends. Together they had three children- Kyle, Kolten, and Kaitlyn. Their family bond was like no other. She was an incredible mom and wife, involved in everything that they did from sports, cheer, dance, raising animals, she was a part of it all. She had so many "extra" kids that came along with her own. Every friend, niece, and nephew had another mother in Deanna-she adored all and was always taking care of everyone. She loved family and friend times. Deanna loved family trips to the Frio, Colorado, and recently got to see the beaches of Mexico at her niece's wedding. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas, and all the decorations.

After graduation, being the people-person that she was, Deanna graduated from Cosmetology school in Huntsville. She worked in New Waverly until her baby girl was born in 1996. That's when she found her earthly calling, being a "Nana" to so many children through her home daycare, also in New Waverly. For 28 years, she touched the lives of so many children in her home, including her nieces and nephews. When you dropped your kiddos off at her house you knew that they were going to be in the best of hands. She made life so much easier for so many new mommies.

One of Nana's greatest moments in her life was when she became a real Nana to her two precious treasures, Kynsley and Knox. She cherished every single moment that she could spend with them. She was blessed that she could have them as part of her daily daycare when her daughter joined her in helping love and run the daycare. Nana never missed anything that involved these two. She was their biggest cheerleader. Sleepovers at her house were her favorite. They had the most magical love from their Nana.

Her battle with cancer showed everyone just how strong she was. It was a short fight, but one that she never gave up on. Throughout her fight she continued to take care of her daycare babies, her grandbabies, and her grown babies. She taught them all to never quit. If you ever saw Deanna through this, you would never have known of her battle. That's just how she was- always giving and not wanting to be a bother. She will be thought of so often and loved forever. Our memories of Nana will live on always. We love you! Those heavenly babies are blessed to have you.

Here to cherish Deanna's memories includes her husband, Jeff Snoe, children; Kyle, Kolten, Kaitlyn and husband Kasey Spivey, grandchildren; Kynsley and Knox Spivey, Dad and step-mom; Johnny and Debi Harrell, step dad; Gary Warneke, brother; Terry and wife Lisa Harrell, sister-in-law; Christina and husband Ronnie Hatcher, nieces and nephews; Montanah and husband Colton Brenner, Taylor and husband Trevor Goolsby, Madison Harrell, MaClaye Hatcher, Marshall Hatcher, and Brennan Harrell, stepsisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many friends.

Deanna is preceded in death by her grandparents; Sidney and Harriet Harrell, Elmer and Jewel Chapman, and her mother Linda Warneke.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 3-6 pm, located at 323B Three Notch Road, Huntsville, TX 77340.
