Bennie B. Duke of Huntsville, TX passed on to Glory on August 7th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, LaVerne, his brother Edward Duke, and his parents Jim and Vera Duke. He was born in Weldon, Texas.

Bennie leaves behind his son David and Jo-Ann Duke, his daughter Deborah and Mike Kiser. Grandchildren: Ben and Ashley Duke, Jeremy and Kathleen Duke, Daniel and Kathy Duke, Mark and Barbara Dibble, Matthew and Misti Dibble, Michelle and Richard Reed, Deanna and Willie Poland.

He also leaves behind 17 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Bennie was a retired truck driver for 61 years, a faithful deacon at Northside Baptist Church for 21 years, and a beloved father and Poppa to many.

Services will be held at Northside Baptist Church on Thursday, August 10, 2023 with Visitation beginning at 10AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM.
